3. Fast production speed: The robotic arm is directly installed on the template, with a short stroke and fast speed;
4. Effort saving and safety in mold replacement: Traditional mold locking requires the use of a large wrench and a hammer to strike and lock, which can lead to safety accidents. Now it has been changed to lock 6 screws, without the need for a large hammer, saving effort and preventing accidents such as fragments flying out or accidental injuries.
5. Equipment used: Adopting enclosed coils, energy-saving, existing induction furnaces can generally be used without replacement.
Main components of LB series screw hot forging manipulator
1. Fully automatic feeding machine: lifts the bar material from the hopper to the conveyor belt and automatically arranges it to move in a straight line;
2. Fully automatic splitting device: Based on the detection signal, the bar material is automatically split and enters the heating device in the required direction;
3. Fully automatic local heating device: The screw blank is heated in the electric furnace as required, using a closed coil for energy saving;
4. Electric furnace: self purchased according to requirements, existing ones will be repositioned according to the buyer's requirements (usually raised);
5. Punch press: self purchased or modified according to requirements;
6. Mold frame and mold: existing by the buyer or provided by the seller;
7. Fully automatic screw hot forging manipulator: installed on the mold frame for use.
